Hi, I'm Chris.

I'm a startup operator with a clear focus on sustainable, measurable growth.

Right now I work as a growth consultant at Google, helping teams design data-driven growth strategies and put them into practice. Before that, I took on operational responsibility in a range of startup roles, helped build teams and guided products through their early growth phases.

What excites me is less the quick campaign and more the system behind it: clean experiments, honest numbers and decisions that still hold up when someone else makes the next one.
